Alvarez Silver Princess 4294 Open Back Banjo (c.1980)

Alvarez and Alvarez Yairi brands were imported by St. Louis Music starting in 1965. Along with the guitars there were banjos, such as this nice Silver Princess model.  The tubaphone tone ring and bracket band were a tried and true feature of other well known banjos starting in early 20th Century.  A few changed parts, but very nice overall.  With case.
