Rubino Trebles are made by interlacing nylon with a metal polymer giving them a red tint and changing the weight of the string without changing the diameter. The result is a brighter and more powerful sound across the fretboard. The Alabastro basses, overspun with silver-plated copper, consist of a core of New Nylgut multifilament that ensures a high resistance to tensile stress and a low absorption of atmospheric humidity and sweat. This makes for rapid and stable intonation, as well as greater durability.
