2-DVD set. McDowell has been imitated by just about everyone that has picked up a slide. We are fortunate to have footage of him performing, with clear shots of his left and right hands. Disk one has Fred performing many of his classic tunes in Open E tuning. After each, Tom slowly breaks down Fred's techniques on a split screen. Disk two is devoted to McDowell's recordings in Open A tuning, which Tom performs, as there is no footage of McDowell performing in Open A.
