Stefan Sobell Mandolin (1990's)

Stefan Sobell is a well-known luthier in England and this mandolin features a spruce top, rosewood back and sides, and an ebony flat fingerboard and bridge. It has Gotoh tuners and a "harp" tailpiece. Appointments of herringbone top purfling and rosette on a distinctive grande bouche-style soundhole. Nice, wide nut width with room to move, and lovely, deep tone! Original hard shell case. Built in England. On consignment.
