Vega Vegaphone Professional Tenor Banjo (c.1956)

An enduring model, tenor banjo fans will appreciate this Vega, with a 10-15/16" skin head on a maple rim, and a Tubaphone tone ring. It has a 19-fret bound ebony fingerboard with pearl block and dot inlays, and 2-piece maple neck with center strip. The double-bound resonator has a sunburst finish on flame maple back and pearloid sides. Period hard shell case. Made in USA.
