This pretty open-back banjo from the early 1900s features a metal spun-over maple rim, 10-1/2" hide head with Washburn "Straining" tension hoop, ebony fingerboard with abalone inlay. Friction tuners and Eleanor D. Son-style patent adjustable tail piece. A great shop project! '60s chipboard case. Made in USA.
