Parlor guitar from this noted “Chicago” maker.  Small body of all solid wood. Spruce top, Brazilian rosewood back and sides.  With chipboard SSC. Needs restoration. VGC except (needs neck reset, replace bridge plate, replace nut and saddle, glue cracks, etc. - sold AS-IS).
