The Story

From early 20th century Philadelphia comes this elegant No. 15 Mandolute, a flat back mandolin built by Weymann. Features include a bent spruce top, inlaid tortoise plastic pickguard, oval soundhole with wood marquetry rosette, flamed maple sides and back. This 100-year-old mandolin needs much work (reset neck, refret, reglue loose back, loose braces, pickguard, replace kerfing, etc., etc. - sold AS-IS)
