A rare and historic piece from the golden age of mandolin orchestras, this Gibson Style J Mando Bass delivers deep, thumping low end. It features an A-style teardrop body with a black-finished spruce top, Sheraton brown-finished birch back and sides, and a mahogany neck with a Brazilian rosewood fingerboard. Additional details include a maple bridge with ebony saddles, a trapeze tailpiece, and two endpins (one side-mounted and adjustable). Includes the original canvas bag. Made in Kalamazoo, USA. On consignment.
